Ace Roofing is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or damage caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information from the client.

Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Service dates and times are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions.

• Clients should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee, which will be communicated in advance.

Payments

Payment terms and schedules will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payment is due as agreed. Ace Roofing may suspend work or withhold services if payments are not received as scheduled. Outstanding balances may be subject to additional charges.

Warranty & Workmanship

Ace Roofing stands behind its workmanship and may offer warranties on materials and labour as specified in your written service agreement or warranty documentation. Warranties do not cover:

• Damage from acts of nature (e.g., severe weather beyond normal conditions)

• Improper maintenance or abuse

• Issues unrelated to the work performed

Warranty terms, durations, and coverage details will be provided in your written estimate or contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Roofing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of income, profits, or property damage beyond the cost of the specific service provided

• Delays caused by third-party factors outside our control
